Darwinian 1.4.2 has not selected a Worker Mind persistence backend. The command
performs no I/O and refuses with MIND_BACKEND_UNSELECTED.
The JSON form emits one closed provider-neutral refusal. BeginningDB, R2, S3, automatic deployment binding, provider probing, and nested backend verbs are not part of this release.
Local Card persona, belief, and memory authoring remains available through the Card source commands and is independent of this placeholder.
